Washington-Oregon border, July 23
On July 23 we finished Washington state and entered Oregon.

SUMMITING MT. ADAMS
On July 20th we took a side trip up to Mt. Adams (12 200 feet). It was a hard climb, but a lot of fun. We started the climb around 5 am and I summited at 10:25 am. Francis got up 2,5 hours later. I could see the whole Washington state from the top of Mt. Adams (well, not really), and the whole volcano country - Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Baker, Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson.
